Get the ideal diet for your horse!

On Hi Form's previous site this service was so popular that we now dedicate an entire day to replying to the free advice forms. Now, we are offering three different ways of obtaining advice for your horse. Please select one of the following and we will get back to you with a suggested diet as soon as possible.

Phone enquiry - Please email us here with your name and daytime telephone number and someone from the office will phone you back within 24 hours to discuss your horse and needs. Alternatively you may phone us on 03 9798 1000 anytime Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm and someone will help you immediately.

Fax form - Please download the form here, fill it in and Hi Form will fax back a diet guideline. This is best for horses with no specific medical or weight conditions as the reply will contain only quantities to feed. If you are after detailed specific information please use an alternate method.

Email form - Please fill in the form below and we will email back a detailed diet guideline with useful tips and information on the changes and why they have been suggested. Please note we only process these forms on Tuesdays so if you require urgent information please use an alternate method or email us here with the subject 'urgent'.

Equine Profile - If you are interested in our fee service, a very detailed profile can be downloaded here and sent in. These profiles take up to 7 days and cost $39.
