All orders have $12.00 (as of Feb 4, 2013 we have had to increase our flat shipping rate, this is due to a number of increases in shipping costs we have absorbed for a few years but now have had to increase) added to them for freight, and all orders are sent via Australia Post unless over 25kg, in which case you will need to get in touch with us here for delivery cost. For any enquiries about your orders please email us here. Dispatch is usually completed within 2 working days but if products are out of stock you will receive notification. Please note the shipping flat rate is for within AUSTRALIA only. We are happy to quote for International orders, but please send an email with what you wish to order here for a shipping quote.
