Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 2-4 days to process your order. Expect an email within2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way which will include Australia Post tracking number. 
No store pick ups available.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fees apply to orders shipping  within Victoria only. We do ship to all parts of Australia. 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
 For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 
Damaged or incorrect items can be returned at no charge we will supply an Australia Post returns sticker.  With damaged items please provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of damage.
