How long you have been riding?
Mum and I both have been so fortunate and lucky to be riding for as long as we can remember.
How many horses do you own / train? Currently at Niclins park we have 8 horses, a mix of brood mares, retirees, babies and young stock. Most recently I have sold my main competition horse to a lovely local family to focus on our young stock coming through as well as expanding our breeding program.
Greatest achievement? A greatest achievement whilst competing would have to be during the Australian Youth Dressage Championships I was awarded the Dressage NSW High Performance Inspirational Award. This award represents the highest combined percentages from both tests at the same level across the whole competition. To take this home on our homebred horse was really warming and a lovely reward.
We also take great pride in our breeding, its always such a special achievement to sell our young stock on and be able to watch their journey and success with their new families.
Your goals? Our goals for the next couples of years currently are training and preparing our two breakers Paulgren Park Vanquish and Warrawee Angeleena J to set them up for their newcomer year in 2026. These two will compete in a mix of both dressage and in the show ring, we are really looking forwards to taking these two out for a busy 2026.
On the side we aim to slowly continue our breeding yearly and to introduce a new foal at the end of the year who we are hoping will be a great show hunter hack.
Favourite Hiform product and what you use it for? It hard to choose our favourite Hi Form product as we use so many on a daily basis but the one we couldn’t do without is Bioequus Synbiotic. It ensures all of our horses gut health is supported well. The small daily dose sprinkled on their hard feed gives us a feeling of security knowing our horses are maintaining a healthy digestive system. Their condition and behaviour is reflective of a healthy microbiome.
