The subscription includes a full diet profile, suggested further reading regarding our recommendations, and a custom supplement blend to ensure your horse is receiving everything they require in their diet in one easy, daily dose.
The Process from Order to Delivery
1. Once you 'buy' this Subscription (there is no charge yet, or obligation), you will be able to download the Diet Questionnaire in Exel or PDF format. Please fill this out with lots of detail and return it to us ASAP.
2. Once we receive your information sheet back, we will produce a diet suggestion based on what you have provided, and send this back to you, including supplements we recommend for your horse if required.
3. You review the diet we provide, and choose your supplements, and select a weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly quotation.
4. We provide your quotation, which includes packing, handling, and shipping costs.
5. You confirm your subscription and payment method.
6. We package up your subscription, including a starter kit for your first delivery, take your first payment and send your package to you! From there, we take your payment weekly, fortnightly or monthly and send your supply at the same intervals. So, you never run out, and you never have to find the spare money for a whole tub! Simple! For regular customers who just want to have their current supplement regime put in to this system, you can let us know in the notes in your order.
